As a fully qualified and registered member of the BACP I have practiced for a number of years counselling people of all ages.

I am proud to work with a charity in Peterborough that supports families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. I have helped people with ongoing support in difficult circumstances, deal with diagnosis and acceptance of neurodivergence, in particular ADHD, dealing with loss, relationship difficulties, shame, isolation, chronic illness, health conditions and more.

I have worked within colleges helping young people manage issues such as anxiety, stress, anger problems, depression, low self-esteem, GSRD (Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity) therapy, bereavement, family issues, sexual abuse, loneliness, general worries, eating disorders, self-harm, coping mechanisms among many others.

I work online with an affirming and sex positive agency supporting adult clients globally with a wide range of goals, as well as a London based LGBTQ+ charity supporting young people who identify as LGBTQ+.

I am in regular supervision and undertake ongoing CPD (continued professional development) and training.
