As a fully qualified and registered member of the BACP I have practiced for a number of years counselling people of all ages.

I am proud to work with a charity in Peterborough that supports families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. I have helped people with ongoing support in difficult circumstances, deal with diagnosis and acceptance of neurodivergence, in particular ADHD, dealing with loss, relationship difficulties, shame, isolation, chronic illness, health conditions and more.

I have worked within colleges helping young people manage issues such as anxiety, stress, anger problems, depression, low self-esteem, LGBTQ+ counselling and gender identity questions, bereavement, family issues, sexual abuse, loneliness, general worries, eating disorders, self-harm, coping mechanisms among many others.

I have a private practice as well as referral work from agencies such as the YMCA and Pineapple Support.

I am in regular supervision and undertake ongoing CPD (continued professional development) and training.
